The same sequence on a fence or a full re-side. You always know who to call, and the number on the estimate is the number we build to.
What we need from you
An address, a photo if you have one, and a sense of whether this is a repair or a replacement. HOA rules, if they exist, save a week when we see them early. A survey matters on a fence. Access for a dumpster or a lift matters on a roof and a re-side.
Permits are typically yours to submit. We tell you what Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island or Sammamish will ask to see, and we build so the inspection has something honest to look at.
- The address and access notes — gates, slopes, where a dumpster can sit
- HOA rules or an architectural packet, if your neighborhood has one
- A survey, for any fence on or near the property line
- Photos of the failure, so we arrive with the right ladder plan
- Your timeframe, including a sale or an insurance deadline
What a day on site looks like
Crews start in the morning and close the site each evening: openings dried in, walkways clear, nails swept. You get a weekly update from the project manager without having to ask, and a text if the forecast moves the schedule.
You do not need to be home for most of the work. You do need to be reachable on the day we open a wall, because that is when a decision occasionally has to be made quickly.
Where projects actually go wrong
A start date promised into bad weather
Tear-offs and coatings need a dry window. We would rather move your date by a week than hand you a finish that fails in the first winter.
Nobody owning the punch list
The last five percent is where most remodels sour. The same project manager who sold the job walks it with you at the end.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and talk through the goal, then send a written itemized estimate. No obligation. We respond to estimate requests within one business day.
How does pricing work?
Fixed price. Once the scope and materials are agreed, the number in the estimate is the number, not a cost-plus tab that moves every week.
Do you handle permits?
Permitting is typically handled by the homeowner. We walk you through what your city asks for so the inspection is not a surprise.
Do you have your own crews for every trade?
We coordinate a trusted network of licensed subcontractors under one project manager. You deal with one point of contact, not a different company for every trade.
What warranty do you offer?
Workmanship terms are agreed for each project, and manufacturer warranties pass through on their own paperwork. We go over both before work starts. We do not publish a blanket lifetime promise.
