Door Replacement
Door replacement is the scheduled project. We measure the slab and the frame, confirm swing and hardware, order a unit that fits the weather and the house, and install it so the opening is secure before we leave. Entry, side and patio doors can share one estimate with the windows. You should not have to coordinate three companies to close up the back of the house.

Details that change the result
One exterior contractor
Siding, deck, windows and this door can share a project manager. That is the reason to call us instead of a door counter and a separate installer.
Honest about garage doors
If you ask, we will tell you garage doors are outside this scope. The man-door beside the garage is not — that one is ours.

Before you call
Can you replace a door without replacing the frame?
A slab swap works when the frame is square, solid and the right size. If the jamb is soft or the sill is gone, we replace the frame. We decide that at the visit, not after the old slab is in the truck.
How do deposits work?
Custom doors are ordered with a deposit because the manufacturer builds them for the opening. The amount and the schedule are in the written estimate before you pay it.
What warranty do we get?
The manufacturer covers the slab and the glass on their terms. Our workmanship terms are agreed for the project. We do not advertise a lifetime installation warranty we have not put in your contract.
