Roof Repair
A stain on the ceiling is a clue, not a diagnosis. We get on the roof, find the entry, and fix the flashing, pipe boot, valley or lifted course that is actually letting water in. If the shingles are done across the field, we will not sell you a $600 patch on a roof that needs to come off. You get photos either way.

Details that change the result
Moss pull is not a repair
Raking moss off a brittle shingle makes more leaks. We will not sell an aggressive clean on a roof that should be replaced.
Siding stains below
Many “siding leaks” are missing kickout flashing. We fix that piece of metal and the rotten trim under it in one visit when we can.

Before you call
Do you repair metal and flat roofs too?
Yes. Open seams, failed boots and punctures. A membrane with widespread ponding and soft insulation is a replacement, and we will show you the photos.
Can you match my shingle?
If it is a current product, closely. If it has been discontinued, we will show the nearest match before we set a patch in the middle of the street elevation.
Should I start with an inspection instead?
If nothing is actively dripping and you want a whole-roof opinion — before a sale, or because a neighbor just re-roofed — book the roof inspection. Repairs are for a known problem.
