FINANCING

Financing, discussed with the estimate

A new roof or a re-side is a large check. If you want to spread it out, ask when we write the estimate. We will only name a lender and a rate we can actually offer you that week — nothing on this page is a standing APR.

What we will not do

We will not publish a “0% for 60 months” banner we cannot stand behind for every customer. Credit products change, approval depends on you rather than on us, and not every project qualifies. Any rate you see on a contractor site is a marketing number until a lender has actually looked at your file.

The estimate itself is free either way. Financing, if you use it, does not change the scope we build or the price we agreed. It changes how you pay the agreed number.

What to ask us at the estimate

Bring the question up at the kitchen table and we will answer it against what is actually available that week:

  • Which lender we can submit to for a project your size
  • What the payment schedule looks like without financing
  • Whether splitting the scope across two seasons costs more overall
  • What the deposit covers and when it is due
  • Whether any utility or manufacturer rebate applies to the material

How to think about paying for an exterior project

01

Urgency changes the math

A leaking roof or a wall with soft sheathing gets worse every month. A cosmetic repaint can wait for a better quarter. We will tell you which one you have.

02

Phasing is the other option

If financing is not the answer, splitting the work across two seasons often is. Roof first, then siding, then paint, in the order the water travels.

03

The deposit covers materials

Custom windows, doors and panel orders are built for your openings. The deposit schedule is written in the estimate before you pay anything.

Questions

Before you call

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and talk through the goal, then send a written itemized estimate. No obligation. We respond to estimate requests within one business day.
How does pricing work?
Fixed price. Once the scope and materials are agreed, the number in the estimate is the number, not a cost-plus tab that moves every week.
Do you handle permits?
Permitting is typically handled by the homeowner. We walk you through what your city asks for so the inspection is not a surprise.
Do you have your own crews for every trade?
We coordinate a trusted network of licensed subcontractors under one project manager. You deal with one point of contact, not a different company for every trade.
What warranty do you offer?
Workmanship terms are agreed for each project, and manufacturer warranties pass through on their own paperwork. We go over both before work starts. We do not publish a blanket lifetime promise.
