They gave us one clear price up front and stuck to it. Work was finished on the date they promised.
What we want a finished job to feel like
The notes below are sample placeholders so the page has a shape. They are not live Google reviews. When the Business Profile has real ones, this page should quote those — with names and dates — and drop the samples.
Why this page is honest instead of impressive
Plenty of contractor sites open with “300+ five-star reviews” and a row of award badges. We are not going to print a number we cannot link to. The quotes further down this page are written samples that show the kind of job we are aiming at — they are labeled that way everywhere they appear on the site.
When the Google Business Profile has real reviews, this page should quote those with names and dates, and the samples should come out. The same goes for star ratings in search results: we have deliberately left review markup out of the code until there is something real to mark up.
What we ask customers to mention
A useful review is specific. These are the things that actually help the next homeowner decide, and the things we want to be held to:
- Whether the final price matched the written estimate
- Whether the crew showed up when we said they would
- How the site looked at the end of each day
- How we handled the one thing that went wrong
- Whether you would have us back for a second trade
The experience we are building toward
