Window Replacement
Window replacement is the project page: not the glass lecture, the sequence. We measure, you approve the style and color, we order, and we install in a dry window with the openings flashed and the rooms livable at the end of each day. One room or the whole house. If a few openings are the only failures, we do not pretend you need eighteen windows.

Details that change the result
Live in the house
We finish openings as we go. You should not have a bedroom open to the weather overnight.
Bundle the doors
If the entry or the patio door is in the same shape as the windows, one crew and one estimate is the point of calling a single exterior contractor.

Before you call
Do you warranty the installation?
Workmanship is agreed in writing for your project, separate from the manufacturer’s glass and frame warranty. We go over both before we start. We do not publish a blanket lifetime promise.
Can you replace one window?
Yes. A single leaking or broken unit is a normal call. We will mention if the one beside it is in the same condition, and you can decide.
What about lead paint on old trim?
Houses of a certain age may have it. We do not sand old paint into the room. If testing is warranted we pause and follow the safe work practice for that disturbance.
