Yes. City permits plus HOA architectural review in a lot of the neighborhoods south and west of downtown. If you are nearby in Redmond, Issaquah or Newcastle, ask — those addresses are in the same service area.
How long does a fence take?
Most fence projects run 2–5 days depending on length, gates and material. A custom wood run with a slope takes longer than a straight vinyl line.
