Commercial and Low-Slope Roofing
Commercial roofing, for us, means the low-rise buildings on the Eastside: TPO on the flat bays, metal where the architecture wants it, and a tie-in that does not become the leak. We do not leave a tear-off open to a King County night. Drains, edges and wall flashings are the scope, not a membrane color.

Single-family asphalt, metal and TPO live under residential roofing. If you own both a house and a small building, one project manager can still hold both scopes.

Before you call
Do you install torch-down?
Our default low-slope membrane is TPO, welded, without an open flame next to combustible walls. If a detail truly needs something else, we will say why before anyone strikes a torch.
Can you work around rooftop units?
Yes. Curbs get new flashings with the membrane. We coordinate access so the units are not our surprise on day one.
