Commercial Exterior Painting

Commercial exterior painting is the same chemistry as a house and a stricter calendar. We prep, prime and coat low-rise buildings while entries stay usable, and we do not start a face we cannot finish before the weather changes. HOA and ownership colors are submitted as a chip, not a verbal “it will look like the rendering.”

Included in this scope

  • Wash, scrape and prime before finish coats
  • Phasing that keeps entries open
  • Body, trim and fascia, or the failing edges only
  • Product and color recorded for the next cycle
  • A schedule tied to a real forecast

Details that change the result

01

Access is the bid

Lifts, planted areas and a parking stall we will block are part of the price. We walk them before we number the job.

02

Coatings over new siding

If we just installed factory-finished fiber cement, it may not want paint. We will not coat a finish that should be left alone.

Questions

Before you call

Can you paint occupied buildings?
Yes. We post the elevation we are on and we keep paths open. Interior painting is not this scope.
Do you warranty a commercial coat?
Workmanship terms are written for the project. A coating applied into rain is not something we will stand behind, which is why we move the start.
