We replace storefront and common-area windows on low-rise Eastside buildings: the glazed entry, the stair window, the aging slider in a unit that has fogged through. Each opening gets a pan and flashing, and the room is closed up the same day. Full curtain wall is outside our scope. A straightforward replacement that stops the leak is not.
